3 immersive and intensive days of sensory training.
Day 1
This sensory training is an additional module designed to complement your current sensory education and modules in CVA.
It aims to create a more well-rounded learning experience and help you identify specific areas you can continue to improve on.
You will be tasting more than 12 types of coffee samples differentiating on quality, intensity and origins.
Day 2 & Day 3
You'll master the 15‑point intensity scale, navigate CATA lists, leverage descriptive and affective forms, and begin evaluating extrinsic value, all using the latest SCA tools.
So you'll get to immerse yourself totally in this sensory journey for a whole 3 days.
This is probably your last chance for CVA Training before it's retired in November.
