SCA BREWING PROFESSIONAL

The Brewing courses cover numerous brewing coffee methods as well as the brewing variables that affect quality. Hands on learning is emphasized with a focus on grind profiles, brewing methods, coffee strength measurements, and coffee extraction charting.
 
Professional
This course will look into aspects such as by-pass and investigating the effect on flavour, grind particle size, chart espresso and brew within a given percentage, how your brew is influence by roasts, varietals, water and other parameters.
