Foundation & Intermediate
Focus on the 7 brewing element and how they influence your cup, selecting the right grinders, coffee extraction chart and analyzing your brew. These are the topics with more hands on practical session for you to master the process.

SCA Certificate is optional - RM 650 paid on the day of examination.
