The Specialty Coffee Association Sensory Intermediate Learning Module is designed to elevate participants' understanding of coffee tasting and sensory analysis. This course empowers learners to recognize and articulate the nuanced flavours, aromas, and characteristics present in specialty coffees.
Through hands-on experiences and guided tastings, participants develop a refined palate, mastering the skills necessary to assess coffee quality and communicate effectively using the universal language of coffee. Upon completion, learners emerge with a heightened sensory acumen and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the world of specialty coffee.
As a bonus, there will be an online session on 11th December to take you another step further in your learning.
